Most asked questions
Do you treat foreigners and international patients?
Yes! International residents, students, workers, military families and visitors are all welcome. We explain your diagnosis, options and costs clearly in English.
Can I use Korean National Health Insurance (NHIS)?
Yes. If you are enrolled in NHIS (most foreign residents staying 6+ months are), covered treatments such as check-ups, annual scaling, basic fillings, root canals and extractions are billed at the insured rate. Bring your ARC or insurance card.
What if I do not have Korean insurance?
You can still be treated. We will give you a clear estimate before treatment, and we can provide receipts and treatment records for your private or travel insurer.
Are you really open on Sundays?
Yes. Sundays 10:00 AM–4:00 PM and public holidays 9:30 AM–6:30 PM. Mondays and Thursdays we stay open until 8:30 PM.
Do I need an appointment?
Calling ahead at +82-10-3015-3473 is recommended so we can reduce your waiting time, but walk-ins are welcome.
What should I bring?
Your ARC (Alien Registration Card) or passport, your health insurance details if you have them, and a list of any medications you take.
Can I get documents for my insurer?
Yes. Receipts, treatment confirmation (₩3,000) and medical certificates (₩20,000) are available. Record copies cost ₩1,000 for 1–5 pages.
How long does an implant take?
It depends on your bone condition. Some cases can be completed with our one-day approach, while others need a few months of healing before the final crown.
What makes a digital implant different?
The position is planned in 3D before surgery and transferred with a guide, so there is far less guesswork.
Is everyone suitable?
No. Bone quality and infection must be checked first. We will tell you honestly if a different approach is safer.
How many implants are needed?
It varies. We aim for the minimum number that keeps the restoration strong and stable.
Why no incision?
The guide lets the dentist place the implant through a tiny opening, so the gums are not cut open.
Will I feel the injection?
Most patients feel very little thanks to topical and cold numbing before a slow, computer-controlled injection.
